Kenji Adachi is an associate pastor at Ambassador Bible Church, storyteller, and humorist. He enjoys basketball, is articulate in "Jinglish," is an avid non-fiction reader, and is an apostle for the Dallas Cowboys. Born in Osaka, Japan, his family moved to North Carolina when Kenji was six years old. God's plan also included a change in his spiritual address: in his final year of high school, he was saved and justified by the grace of God. Kenji attended North Carolina State University, where he majored in eelctrical engineering and also became involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. He spent five years in the corporate world before attending Dallas Theological Seminary. His passion is to see people come alive in and through and for Jesus Christ, and he has joyfully served the body at Ambassador since 2003. Kenji is married to his college sweetheart, Christine, and is also the human jungle gym to his children, Charis (9), Alana (6), and Derek (3). They currently live in the DC metro area.
