Overview

We will have main sessions on Friday night, twice on Saturday and Sunday, and one more on Monday morning to wrap it all up. Interspersed with that will be seminars, a day of outreach in San Francisco, and numerous opportunities to connect with other Epic students from the West Coast!

Epic Conference is an awesome opportunity to hear great teaching, have fun with other Epic friends, and spend the weekend in San Francisco – don't miss out! This year we will be discussing how Jesus awakens us from the distractions of our daily lives and brings us into His love so that we can share it with others. See the Speakers page for more details.

What's Included In The Cost?

The cost includes a room with a really comfortable bed and seven meals! Early registration is $184, regular is $205, and late registration is $215. So sign up early!

What Are The Registration Deadlines?

Early registration costs $184 and ends 12/9 midnight, PST. Regular registration costs $205 and ends 1/6 midnight, PST. After that, conference costs $215 and you can register up until we start Friday night! As long as you put down a $50 deposit by any of these deadlines, you can pay the balance when you get to conference.

What Time Does The Conference Start And End?

On-site registration and check-in is from 3pm to 7pm on 1/13, and that night's meeting will start at 7:30pm. Check-out is at 11:30am on 1/16. Try to be early that first night so that you can get settled in!
